Job Descriptions

  • Responsible for the planning and establishment of Key Account management system

  • Executing clients sample investigation, assisting investigation on client’s satisfaction, and present the result to the Board of Directors

  • Responsible for maintaining, guiding, and assessing the managing work of Key Account

  • Making the renewal development policy

  • Assisting to solve the complaints from client to ensure satisfactory services for client

  • Responsible for daily management of Key Account department

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree or above majored in Finance, Insurance and relevant subjects

  • 5+ years experience in insurance and relevant industry, with experience of key account management preferred

  • Strong Language ability, written ability and marketing research ability

  • Familiar with various business knowledge of medical insurance

  • Enthusiastic for work and sense of responsibility, good communication ability and marketing planning ability

  • Excellent spoken and written English level

Client Service Assistant

Job Descriptions

  • Assisting to verify applications and communications of client’s information with the insurer and insured

  • Assisting the following up services including cancellation & addition, changing,endorsement and the like operations

  • Assisting to solve the complaints from client to ensure satisfactory services for client

  • Facilitate problem resolution and assisting 24-hr Hotline to increase customer’s satisfaction

  • Enhance customer fidelity and relationship

Requirements

  • Diploma Degree or above

  • Have hospital/clinic experience, foreign hospital/clinic preferred

  • Enthusiastic for work and sense of responsibility, good communication ability

  • Excellent spoken and written English level

  • Those who possessing Insurance Broker License is preferred
