• Responsible for finding client’s resources    

• Planning detailed projects of the sales department

• Responsible for coordinating relevant work in different areas of sales departments

•  Responsible for training and evaluating the performance of sales team

• Other tasks from the director

Requirements

• English Native Speaker，Bachelor degree or above aged from 33－40

• 5 years relevant management experience (in mainland China) and skilled at office software

• Familiar with insurance regulation and relevant knowledge

• Outgoing and energetic

• Good sense of communications and team work

• Strong ability to face work pressure and challenge

• Annual salary: RMB 200,000-400,000, plus bonus and comprehensive medical insurance
